Loved the location. Our unit was clean, comfortable and stocked with all the essentials. There was privacy with our own patio, hammock and patio table. It was very quiet and relaxing. I also liked the great communication with the management.

Nothing to dislike.

It was immaculately clean. The picture windows were great. The beds were very comfortable. Really liked the peaceful surroundings, and the privacy of the patio, which was amazing.

Lighting at cabin D, where we stayed, was poor. When we returned for the day it was usually dark and we had to use a flashlight to key in the code. The thermostat was impossible to regulate and there were no instructions. I did not like the fact we couldn't put toilet paper in the toilet. There should be some instructions, other than the "Do Not" signs, for items that were nice, like the water station.

We loved the location in proximity to Sequoia national park.

We did not like the outside controlled thermostat in the unit. We were quite hot while sleeping and found that the thermostat was either programmed and/or controlled by an outside computer. Lastly, we did not like that we could not flush toilet paper due to the septic system which quickly made the bathrooms smell badly as soiled toilet paper was in the trash can. I've stayed in many places with septic systems, including overseas, and this was a first time with this unpleasant restriction!

More of an Air B&B. New construction with full Kitchen (which we never used). Was clean. Owner communicated well.

Owner posted a sign not to put anything in the toilets because they are on septic. What are you supposed to do with dirty TP? Ridiculous. I grew up in a house with a septic tank and never had a problem flushing TP. Bathrooms have automatic lights that come on in the middle of the night when you go to pee. A total pain. The pillows absolutely suck. I did not get a good nights sleep the entire time. The beds are on a metal frame, and I kept kicking the legs while barefoot. Needs real bed frames with a headboard. One of the windows had a torn screen and there was construction debris outside. Made the place look dumpy. I sent a detailed email to the owner outlining all the issues and never heard a word back. We were charged a $75 cleaning fee when all we used was the beds and bathrooms. Already paid too much for this place. Would never go there again.
