We had a great stay. The apartment is well laid out and very bright. The rooms are a good size and there's also a nice terrace. Free parking on site (though see below for more info). This is a residential area with a shop and bakery 30 seconds from the property. The host was super helpful, and we were able to check out late which was great.
I would say it's impossible to walk to the lake in 15 minutes as described in the description of the property, 25 minutes is more accurate. The car park outside the property gets very busy so it's a game of luck as to whether you'd get a space. However, there are other options very close by.
