Everything ... staff Suida was amazing helpful and polite. Very clean comfortable bed fantastic. The location very good you don't get starve in Tirana. Our next trip to Tirana we will choose EneR Studio again. Thank you 😊.

Nothing to don't like there.

We were very happy with our stay. Due to some unexpected circumstances, we had to change our reservation dates, and the hotel was incredibly understanding, flexible, and helpful throughout the whole process. We would also especially like to thank the lovely lady working there. She was always smiling, very kind and welcoming, and regularly asked us if we needed anything or if she could help us in any way. Her warm attitude really made us feel comfortable and welcome. The room and the property were clean, comfortable, and lovely. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the hospitality. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend this place to others!

Honestly, there is nothing negative we can say about our stay. We didn’t experience any problems and were very satisfied with everything.

Amazing stay, the host is quick for communication. Rooms were very clean and spacious.

My only complaint is the dumpster outside of the building near the Main Street.

Property was fine

The staff is so disrespectful. First they charged us an extra 10 euros for parking. Then there was a power cut on the building and the staff were SO disrespectful. We messaged them at 7:45 am and they didn’t reply until 10:15 am saying it’s not in their working hours. Well, if all your guests have no power and they are messaging you and calling you, you need to do something ablut it. So keep in mind, if you have problems at this property outside their working hours, good luck getting a response. They offered nothing to make our stay a bit better. We couldn’t flush the toilet or shower because of this power cut. The room was fairly clean but not outstanding and the woman we spoke to hung up the phone on us. Do not recommend staying here because of the type of people who manage it.
