The host was very attentive and all the instructions were clear. The apartment is as shown in the photos and has all the necessary for a short stay, especially for single or couple travellers.

Unfortunately, the area is not the best, felt a bit unsafe. But it is manageable and there were no incidents.

The apartment was value for money, centrally located, great proximity to bus and metro route, clean apartment with necessary appliances for a homely vacation. The cooking range was handy for some hot spicy homemade food on vacation, though a bit complex to operate. Furthermore, the Apartment had Netflix for a good winddown after touring the streets of Athens.

Immediate neighborhood isn't great and cooking range was a bit complex to operate.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, the host was very responsive and provided clear instructions. The flat had a lot of thoughtful details and many amenities, from the powerful hair dryer and quality toiletries to cotton swabs. It was very clean and the towels were nice and fluffy. It is not far from the historic center, just a few stops by public transportation. The AC works but cools off only the bedroom, kitchen remains hot. The price was good.

The area around the building, however, was unpleasant and unsafe. There are settlements of homeless people all around, garbage, smell of urine, etc. Also, neighborbors inside the building itself were very noisy, even at night, and you can hear all this noise in the apartment, unfortunately. So if you are a single female and/or sensitive to noise, you might think twice before booking this flat. I also didn't like how the host demanded and "expected a good rating" from me, by writing me multiple times about that, sometimes, multiple times a day. I understand the need to promote your business, but blunt chasing is not the way.
