הוילה גדולה, 5 חדרי שינה ו 5 חדרי שירותים ומקלחות. .צריך לקחת בחשבון שחדר אחד בינו יחידה נפרדת בגינה, במידה ויש רעש הגינה, כמו כן מקלחת אחת בקומת הסלון שבה אין חדר שינה ישנו גג מדהימה שצופה על הים וההרים., מדהים בזריחה ובשקיעה. היינונ8 אנשים והיה נחמד ונח

במהלך השהות ביקשנו תוספת לנייר טואלט ולקפה שנגמר, קיסלנו תשובה שלא מספקים. אני חושב שזו ההתקטננות על כסף קטן קצת מפריע

Location was further out from Protoras strip than I expected. Walk down was difficult as not much pavement to walk on which proved quite difficult as a busy road to navigate.

Location. We only had sun on terrace and pool until about 2.30pm which was inconvenient. There are large hotels at the back of the villa which very very loud until 11pm in the evening and throughout the day. Barbecue could do with being upgraded to gas as this was extremely difficult to light, clean and not very useful size for the villa.

מזגנים שמכובים אוטומטית לאחר מספר שעות, בלילות חמים קשה להתעורר לחדר חם, רצפה חלקה ליד הבריכה - ילדים יכולים להחליק בקלות, אין מגב לנקות, בדירה חיכו לנו 4 ניירות טואלט… את כל השאר נאמר לנו, לכו תיקנו

Nice modern and light. The kitchen was well equipped. The emergency team was very helpful getting water fixed.

The hot water wasn’t working when we arrived on Christmas Eve. The front door light wasn’t working either. People can walk straight off the street and around the back of the house, so you can’t really leave downstairs unattended. The first step between the corridor and the roof terrace is difficult to navigate, especially if you have any walking difficulties. The upstairs bathrooms were all very small for the size of villa. No practical place to leave toiletries, cosmetics etc. A lack of detail to making sure the villa was ready for its next guests, made our initial experience disappointing. The taxi service number did not have any drivers available over the Christmas period, so we almost missed our booking for Christmas Day dinner. Some of the beds didn’t have any bed covers on them just a basic sheet, which was not ideal in the winter season. We later found the covers dumped at the bottom of a wardrobe. We had to ask for blankets to be sent over. It was clean but dusty, as if the villa hadn’t been used for some time. No one checked on us during our stay, even after we knowing we had issues with the water etc.
