The 24 hour reception desk was super helpful as it meant I had more freedom in my schedule, as well as allowing to keep luggage there after check out free of charge. Staff were also very friendly and welcoming and have great speedy communication through WhatsApp. The apartment itself was spacious and clean with immediate hot water in shower and nice L’occitane products. There was also a smart tv in the bedroom, which had great space, storage and clean and slippers and robes provided (however are reusable and not single use). Also a hot/cold water machine in kitchen with good amenities and crockery. I only stayed one night and it was a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend :)

The room did have a bit of a cigarette smell which wasn’t too bad and also not a lot of natural light flows through but lighting is good, so without these points it would’ve been an excellent stay but I still highly recommend.

The location

The unprofessional conduct of managing clean sheets and informing hard deadline of checkout at 11th hour with paid overatay of 1 hour even.

The hotel is well situated. It’s close to the park and the mall.

The hotel itself is part of a wider complex of what I assume are apartments and perhaps some offices. The security staff at the front desk of the complex are very rude and they act as though they’re guarding an embassy or something! I appreciate this could be a cultural thing of people taking their roles very seriously, though. We waited for our cab at the wrong spot out front and got told off and they made our cab driver do a lap of the complex and essentially queue to pick us up. The room itself is fine, although there was a damp stench coming from our kitchen sink area and when we first opened the door to our room, it smelt like someone had just cooked in there which we were a bit surprised by. That being said, the hotel staff are friendly and contactable via WhatsApp which came in very useful.
