Property is neat and clean, overall beautiful unit, good location in terms of proximity to points of interest in BGC. Good water temperature in the shower.
Only 1 cockroach killed and couple of dead found above the stove.
The noise at night is just horrible (because of corner and crossroad right in front). I didn't sleep well for the whole week, earplugs will not save you. It's just VERY VERY BAD. Windows are beautiful but single layered. Overall, good to take a picture, awful to live more than 1-2 nights.
And yeah, I know this is BGC, I know traffic situation, but the price is just too much for very basic stuff.
