I like the smart car lift for our car and also the swimming pool. It's so smart that we just leave our car in the lift then it's being automated park inside the car lift itself. Another one is their swimming pool, although it's not very huge but it's comfy enough for my husband and me to stay in and also for my husband to have a quick dip. Cleanliness in the hotel room is fabulous. We are both enjoy our stays and hope for the next trip we could extend our stay longer in Penang Island.
The breakfast is being packed as bento way, i was hoping to dine in at the cafe or dining area in the morning to watch over the sea from the tower perhaps the last floor or middle floor of the hotel.

Location is good, walking distance to malls and also to seaside restaurants.
No buffet breakfast and the set breakfast is mainly unhealthy food, need to offer choices to guests even though its not buffet.
