The location was great! It's nice to be able to get a hotel room within walking distance of a concert venue, and this is one of only a few hotels within walking distance of Talking Stick Resort Amphitheater.
The room service was pretty bad. The food isn't prepared on site, but is delivered by a third party instead. Normally that wouldn't be a problem, but nobody notified us when the food arrived, and the food was cold by the time we received it. We won't use the room service again.

This was such a well-maintained place! Very clean, beds comfortable and fantastic staff!!! They even had a shuttle available to go to the event we were there for!! I highly recommend this facility!!!

There is a shuttle that will take you to points within a 10 mile radius and there are plenty of services within that 10 mile radius. I got there a little early and was dropped off so the check in allowed me to get into my room a little early. Not the first time I've stayed here and it won't be the last.

Rooms were spacious. Plenty of parking. Price was good.
Room smelled badly of cigarette smoke (reminded me of the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas). Hotel is outdated. Only 2 large towels in bathroom.
