I can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay! Very clean condo with plenty of amenities. The condo property ground is very nice and a very short 3-5 minute walk to the beach! I even enjoyed that the property is near restaurants in the beach so you can rent umbrellas and chairs as well as purchase snacks and drinks! We WILL definitely be staying here again

I’ve never left a bad review anywhere we’ve stayed so I hate to do this but I’m going to be honest so others don’t go through what we did with no warning . Our unit that is privately owned “Isle Be Back #1315, along with its owners Rod and Rosa” were amazing ! Very clean, plenty of space and the owners were very helpful (the lock to our unit did not work upon arrival and they got it taken care of in a timely manner) so we appreciated that BUT I definitely recommend reading the reviews to the entire property “Gulfpoint Condominiums” before going or you’ll be in for a shock . VERY strict. We could not even get to the keypad of the property to enter the code before passing through “security “ whom only spoke Spanish so he and I couldn’t even converse well. Once through the gate, he literally followed and watch us as we unpacked our car , used the luggage cart, then he watched until I moved our third car that we brought out of the garage and parked it elsewhere. The pool… we got in trouble for having a pizza box on our chair (it wasn’t causing any harm and we were going to throw it away when we left the pool) you must purchase wristbands upon arrival to be in the pool or use the game room however our first night there a ton of people in the pool did not have wristbands. The game room was only open from 8AM to 5PM and you have to give your ID in order to use the pool sticks etc. signs stating they’ll fine you everywhere for everything. Not very relaxing.
