We absolutely LOVED this Cannes penthouse apartment. It was exactly as pictured and described and for us was a perfect location right on Rue D'Antibes. There is a ton of good shopping and restaurants in the area with a great variety to choose what you want. The train station is 10 minutes away so it was very easy to access the Cotes D'Azur. Having an elevator going right to the penthouse was awesome. It leads right out to 4 good sized bedrooms, each with an ensuite and access to washer / dryer in between. The rooms are so well insulated you do not get any noise from the other rooms. The kitchen is modern with all the amenities you would want for an extended stay. The apartment is just a couple blocks off the beach and short walks everywhere to what you want to do and see in Cannes. The Serrendy Cannes team was great to work with in making sure our stay was absolutely perfect. The entire process from start to finish was first class. Overall, we would definitely plan to stay her again next time we go to Cotes D'Azur. We thought Cannes was the best area to stay and hope the next time to be there when it is a tad warmer to add enjoying the sand beaches to out itinerary.
