The Hula House was by far the cleanest, nicest rental property I've ever stayed at! Whoever is responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of the house goes above and beyond 👏💯💯! All the linens were in great shape and fresh, the table was set with beautiful dishware, and the bathroom and shower were immaculate. Another giant plus of this property is that there is an AC unit in each bedroom! We all slept so well every night. It's also wonderful that the property provides beach towels, snorkels, and an umbrella we could borrow. The location is perfect, right near the town center! If any of us woke up before the rest, you can walk to cute coffee shops or in to town to explore. The check in and check out process was simple. I would definitely stay at Hula House again! 💕🙏🏻 Thank you for providing such a wonderful property!

The house was beautifully decorated with lots of extra amenities. Easy access to a lot of different attractions on the Hilo side of the island.

There is no air conditioning except in the bedrooms. A couple of days it was too warm to stay in the house or cook. We either stayed out until later in the evening or stayed in the bedrooms until later evening. A couple of the appliances didn’t work. When I mentioned an issue with the coffee maker, Simone was very quick to get us a replacement the next day.

자동차로 앞에까지 가서 숙소를 특정하여 찾기가 어려웠음, 대문 앞에 주소와 숙소 이름을 붙여놓았다면 더 좋았을 것임 화장실이 하나밖에 없어서 다소 불편할 수 있음

In a nice quiet area. Beautiful windows to open from top or bottom for air flow and allowed us to listen to the rain. Lots of space and easy access. Plenty of ceiling fans and AC in rooms- although it does blow over the bed so made it a bit difficult to breath since it dried out throats out a bit. The decor on the table was super cute. It felt weird destroying it to eat. Kitchen had some good solid foundations we were able to have a few great family meals without needing to buy the foundations to cook.

The curtain in the dining room is melted together and could close so made us feel a bit exposed when it’s dark outside with the lights on. There was also another window that couldn’t open. The chair in the office is broken and couldn’t be used as well as one of the dining chairs sagged a lot so we just set it to the side and used others
