Everything but the shower

The shower pressure is very bad

Well equipped rooms and facilities, lovely balcony

Shower facilities could be improved, slightly low water pressure (but good heating!) and slippery floor

It was beautiful and very aesthetic

there were no amenities like toothpaste and the fridge wasn’t working

Spacious suite, comfortable bed, strong wifi, very friendly female security officer.

Suite was not properly stocked upon arrival (drinking water, serviettes, shower gel, etc…). Housekeeping was not automatically offered (had to call for every little thing and was made to feel like a burden). No air conditioning as advertised. But the worst part of this stay was the noise. Major construction happening right outside, with hammering starting around 8am each day. Could not relax. Had the property rightfully informed me about this beforehand, I would have cancelled this very important stay and stayed somewhere else. Hoping the management will provide some form of compensation. Otherwise I cannot recommend Lumo Residences.
