Everything

The location of the flat is unbeatable, right next to High St Kensington tube station, and our unit was very quiet with no street noise at all. It's a lovely flat with huge potential, but needs some investment and t.l.c. The bed was clean and comfortable, the towels old and mismatched with no bathmat, and the kitchen well-equipped.

Checking in wasn't as agile as we would have liked, and twice we found other clients waiting outside. The flat itself is lovely but needs deep-cleaning, and some new furniture, not to mention that management needs to fix things BEFORE the client moves in. I think it's also fair to say, that when equipment is mentioned, a client assumes that it actually works. We had trouble with connecting the wifi, and never managed to get the tv working at all despite the managent and a technician coming up to sort it out. The guys in the office were really helpful when we complained about a blocked shower drain and basin and some other minor plumbing issues, but this should have been caught and fixed before we nearly flooded the place. Some big-time micro management is needed.
