The apartment corresponds to the description and photos. It was perfectly prepared and clean. The owner was really helpful and attentive. He has an app for guests with tips on restaurants and places of interest.

Posizione ottima e molto comoda da raggiungere. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la possibilità di parcheggiare sotto casa, cosa non scontata: a Grottammare si trovano ancora parcheggi con strisce bianche gratuite. Il proprietario gentilissimo: è sceso personalmente a consegnarci le chiavi rendendo tutto più semplice.
Un aspetto da tenere presente, per chi viaggia con anziani o bambini in carrozzina, è l'accessibilità; l'ascensore arriva fino al 7 piano, mentre per raggiungere 8 è necessario fare 2 rampe di scale, e inoltre già all'ingresso del palazzo c'è una rampa di scale un po' ripida da fare per arrivare all'ascensore.
Il terrazzo è ampio e piacevole cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto perché ci piace vivere gli spazi all'aperto, ad esempio facendo colazione fuori o prendendo il sole. Purtroppo però è al momento poco usufruibile perché privo di arredi (tavolo, sedie, lettini). E' un vero peccato perché lo spazio è davvero ampio e con qualche accorgimento potrebbe diventare un grande punto di forza. Cmq il proprietario molto disponibile ci ha detto che sta già lavorando per migliorare questo aspetto.
