The location was fantastic—very central, right in the middle of everything, and incredibly well-connected. The apartment itself was very spacious and perfectly accommodated our group of five people. Additionally, the air conditioning worked great, and having a lift in the building was a major plus.

Communication with the agency was highly frustrating. They only replied to our initial message upon arrival and completely ignored us for the rest of our stay. The biggest issue was the building access. As a group of five, we were only given one digital entry link. Every time someone used it, a validation code was sent to just one single email address. Because we weren't always together, this required one person to constantly be on standby to send codes to everyone else. We asked the agency if we could register additional emails for individual access, but they ignored our request. Consequently, one night the person holding the email access was asleep, and the rest of the group was locked out of the building for an hour and a half. Furthermore, the cleanliness was only surface-level. While it looked okay at first glance, less obvious areas were neglected. The luggage storage space at the top of the closet was covered in a thick layer of dust, leaving my suitcase completely filthy after putting it up there.
