Hotel was approximately 15 mins walk from Paya Lebar MRT Station (change at Tanah Marah from Changi airport).
Arriving at 9 am I expected to leave my luggage at Reception but was told I could have my room straight away which was a bonus as usual check in time is 3pm. I was able to sight see and return to room around 2pm for a rest and shower. Lots of affordable, interesting restaurants for dinner close to hotel. The Receptionist organised a taxi to the airport (cost around $22 S) at 9pm which arrived promptly.
As this was only a short stay between two long flights, the hotel was ideal, clean with good facilities and much cheaper than an airport hotel. Room small and no window (less noise?), but good value. I would probably pay more for more comforts if on a longer stay. As an older woman travelling alone, I felt safe in the area and appreciated the 24 hour helpful staff on Reception.

The shops are conveniently located within just a one-minute walk from the accommodation, making it easy to pick up any necessities or enjoy some local shopping. The room itself was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my family, including our children. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist and provide us with valuable information about the area and activities. Looking back, I genuinely wish I had stayed for a few more days to fully enjoy everything the place had to offer.
