Ruhezeiten:
Wir schätzen unsere ruhige Nachbarschaft und bitten Sie, die Geräuschkulisse insbesondere zwischen 22:00 Uhr und 07:00 Uhr gering zu halten, damit alle eine erholsame Nacht genießen können.

Gästelimit:
Bitte nutzen Sie die Wohnung nur mit der Anzahl an Personen, die bei der Buchung angegeben wurde. Für zusätzliche Besucher bitten wir um eine vorherige Absprache.

Umweltfreundlich:

We love our peaceful neighbourhood and kindly ask you to minimise noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, so that everyone can enjoy a restful sleep.

Guest Limit:
Please use the apartment only with the number of people stated at booking. For additional visitors, we kindly ask for prior agreement.

Eco-Friendly:
We place great value on environmental protection. Please help us by separating waste and disposing of it in the designated bins.

Punctuality Appreciated:
We value your time and ask you to keep to the agreed times for key handover and return. Please let us know in case of any delays.

Careful Departure:
We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 11:00 AM at the latest on your departure day and to leave it as tidy as you found it.

Open Communication:
If something is not right during your stay or something accidentally breaks, please let us know – we understand that small mishaps can happen.
