Towels: The longevity of bathroom towels is an important consideration for a GRAND hotel. I discovered that the sides of the bath towels were frayed, and the color is dull (not white anymore).
p.s: the old towels don't have to be thrown away. It is repurposable.

The room was clean and properly maintained. The breakfast had plenty selections and were decent.
