We're located in an ideal location on the east side of Mt. Sequoyah, just 3 miles from the U of A, 2 miles from the Square & about 300 ft from Mt Sequoyah biking trails. The house is a newer construction modern build with cozy furnishings, TVs in every bedroom & beautiful views of the eastern sunrise! • We do not live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you're comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!
LOCATION
• We live in a quiet newer construction community on the east side of Mount Sequoyah. The views of the sunrise are beautiful!
• We have parking for 3-4 vehicles depending on the size of the vehicles. 1-2 in the garage if you'd like them out of the elements and then 2 in the driveway.
• Street parking is not available due to it being a one lane one way street.
• We offer secure bike storage in the garage if you're traveling with your bikes.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
• We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests' responsibility.
• Our smart TVs are for streaming from your own accounts.
• The Pack-n-Play is stored in the downstairs guest bedroom closet.
• The high chair & baby bouncer are stored in the primary bedroom closet.
• We provide 2 mid-size dog kennels that are stored in the garage closet if you don't plan to bring your own.

First of all location is fantastic, as far as most of the events happening in Fayetteville, plus You’re in walking distance to Dickson Street’s restaurants and pubs, plus a theater and of course THE UNIVERSITY. It meant so much to us to find such a great place that would allow our Labrador to come with us. Stairs were completely new to her and that was hilarious. Upscale and beautiful, very clean with super comfy Beds! The views are marvelous. Everything we could possibly think of that we needed, we had no problem finding. We come to Fayetteville every two years for a big family reunion on 4 July! This year with the 250th celebration the whole town was rocking! We didn’t have to go far for fireworks because neighboring communities around us were setting them off and we had wonderful views from the balcony and most windows. A little red fox pup was seen early mornings walking around the community, but when he noticed people, he ran away, we saw two very large deer early one evening and even had a soaring eagle circling at one point. Our cookout, I believe breaking in a new gas grill on the balcony, was perfect and the amazing huge gourmet kitchen for all our meals was just incredible. We had family members pop in for the cookout and from their visit, there may be other customers for this owner down the road. We cannot wait to return. We have been members of VRBO for years and we finally found the rental we look forward to visiting each time we come. Thank you!

Beautiful home conveniently located to all of our favorite Fayetteville sites and Sassafrass Springs Vineyard and Winery, the location for our daughter's wedding. Comfortable home with plenty of space for us and our 3 adult children. Would definitely stay again and recomend to others.
