The location was excellent — very close to the city center and all the main attractions. We rented two apartments for our group of seven, and having them right next to each other was very convenient. Both apartments were clean, modern, exactly as shown in the photos, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The self check-in and check-out process was very easy, and we received clear instructions in advance, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. We also appreciated the large, high-quality Smart TVs in both apartments. We only stayed two nights, but everything was comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

The price was slightly higher compared to other accommodations in Yerevan, but considering the overall quality of the service and experience, it didn’t really feel like a major drawback. The value matched the level of comfort and services provided.
