L’appartement est chaleureux, décoré avec soin, parfaitement équipé, spacieux et confortable. Son emplacement au cœur de paris est ideal.

Nice, spacious, and well-equipped apartment with a terrace in a good location, close to the metro.

The apartment needs a deep clean and some repairs, such as the door and window handles, and the window blinds.

A very nice and spacious apartment with a lovely terrace, bright and well-equipped. The kitchen features a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an iron (without an ironing board), a fridge, good Wi-Fi, coffee machine and a large TV. Simple self check-in and check-out (even bit more precise explanations for check would be appreciated)

Some repairs and a deep clean is needed, especially in the bathroom, where the faucet is loose and the shower is full of limescale and soap scum. In the kitchen, there is a missing window blind, and one of the window handles is falling off. There is also a lot of clutter in the apartment, such as assembled Lego sets, clothes, and shoes, which just take up unnecessary space. However, the apartment is so nice that I can't bring myself to give it less than a 10/10. I have a lot of experience with accommodation in Paris, and compared to the others, it just wouldn't be fair. I will definitely come again.
