Le logement est dans une résidence calme et agréable. Le personnel qui y travaille est très respectueux et souriant. Logement proche de la plage. Le propriétaire du logement est très disponible et rapidement.

La piscine n’est pas chauffé et le quartier est peu desservi en transport.

The host asked us 4 times to give a 10 rating, the first of these requests was made a second after finally entering. So these are my advices if you want to archive the 10 stars rating goal: - do not ask your guest immediately (or ever) to give 10 stars. You either know you are worth 10 stars and don’t worry about it or you know you’re not and push your guests. Total no go. - give the right apartment number in the first place without telling your guests on the phone „you must be wrong I gave the right number“ - if you have a kitchen, provide salt pepper and oil and a kitchen towel - more than one towel per person would be great. At least one for the hands - actual hand soap instead of dish wash soap in the bathroom - remove the big collection old soap pieces from the shower - provide a washing machine without old water standing in it or do not provide any at all - mosquito and fly nets in front of at least one window - a ventilator for people who don’t like the ac - tell/remind your guests upon arrival of the tourism tax or they will forget/ not know to pay it Something the host has no influence of but good to know: - the pools are empty (so don’t advertise them) - there is no shop at all in the area.
