Magnolia Apartment Hotel

The apartment we rented was spacious, with two bedrooms and a combined living room and kitchen, and had been relatively nicely renovated. Overall, the apartment was clean, although there was quite a noticeable amount of dust on the baseboards in several rooms and areas, which took away somewhat from the overall impression. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher, making the apartment very suitable for a family staying for a longer period and preparing meals at home. The bathroom also has a washing machine, which is particularly convenient for longer stays. The air conditioning, with two separate units, worked very well and kept the apartment pleasantly cool whenever needed. The apartment is easy to reach by car, and street parking is available. However, parking is limited to four hours for non-local residents, so this is something to be aware of if you arrive by car. The neighbourhood itself is quiet, although there was quite a lot of construction work taking place across the street during our stay. The Wi-Fi worked well and was easily able to handle eight connected devices at the same time. Overall, the apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and well equipped, and it worked well for our family. With better attention to cleaning and maintenance of the building's common areas, the overall experience could be significantly improved.

One area that could definitely be improved is the condition and cleanliness of the building's common areas. The entrance and staircase felt somewhat neglected, and there was rubbish in the staircase and the access corridor. There was also an unpleasant smell around the entrance because the communal waste room was completely overflowing with rubbish throughout the entire week of our stay.

Well equipped and stunning apartment

Upstairs neighbours were loud at night

Probably be doing with a better clean than it had . Balcony should have been swept and cupboards dusted as clothes got dirty in cupboards

It was comfortable !

It was spacious. The bed was comfortable

It Did not have a balcony, also it was extremely difficult to get hold of the host. Very expensive, 10 minute walk from the metro station.
