Pad Hostel

Located next to a bus stop with good connections. Free breakfast of toast/cereal was good. Luggage storage on check out was handy

Showers/toilets not very clean, black mould in all of the showers. Showers on second floor where I was staying were shut for renovations which I wasn’t told about prior to my stay- it meant having to share one bathroom with two floors and coordinating showers was hard. Only 2 plugs in my room under the bunk beds so hard to charge your phone overnight when on top bunk- especially when wanting to keep it near you when having an early start not to disturb others. A lot of long-term stayers so hard to make friends with people also travelling

I really appreciated the hostel’s security system. Using electronic keys for access made me feel much safer during my stay, and it was reassuring to know that only authorized guests could enter.

There are supposed to be 3 more shower rooms, but most of the females' bathrooms were blocked during my stay. Another thing, there are some outlets in the room, which was great. I was disappointed it, a lady who was one of my roommates in the room, hogging all the outlets by charging both her phone and laptop, leaving no free sockets for anyone else.
