Excellent location and very clean accommodation. We were also very happy that they allowed us to check in early. We arrived around 1 PM, while the official check-in time was 3 PM, so this was extremely helpful. The apartment also had several useful amenities, such as an iron and a washing machine downstairs, with laundry detergent provided. Overall, the property was very practical and well equipped.

The main issue was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. Although the accommodation can host up to four people and has two separate sleeping areas, the bathroom is completely open, with no proper door separating either the toilet or shower area. The shower only had a movable curtain/screen that kept falling down, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. For an accommodation designed for several guests, we believe the bathroom should have proper doors and provide adequate privacy. Another major inconvenience was that the elevator was out of service throughout our stay. We were travelling with my elderly parents and several pieces of luggage, so having to carry everything up and down the stairs was particularly difficult.

Tutto perfetto, pulito e ordinato. Consigliato!

Il tempo è volato! 😀

It’s in a very convenient location. Only 15 mins. walk to Plaza Mayor. The bedroom was nice & dark. The living room was nice & bright. Great to be able to cook.

The bathroom was too close to the bedroom & too open. Poor ventilation, so it got a little smelly.
