The condo was absolutely beautiful. It was beautifully decorated and had pretty much everything you need. The pool was beautiful as well as the beach. It wasn't overly crowded. Its easily accessible from everywhere and has plenty of things close by for eating or shopping. Love PCB!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would definitely recommend this property. The space was beautiful and well taken care of. The beds were super comfortable. We all liked being on the first floor and not having to wait for the elevator. Pool and amenities were great as well. One of the showers would not drain, but the management sent someone the next day to fix it. The day before we had to depart there was a water leak from the ceiling – no fault to the rental. One of the bedrooms and bathroom had standing water that soaked the rugs and luggage that was on the floor. There was literally a waterfall coming down the wall. The management gave us extra towels to clean up the water, which did nothing because there was just too much. My only complaint is that they didn't take this seriously and we had to walk in puddles for a day and a half.

Overall, we were happy with our stay and had another wonderful vacation at Edgewater! A few things to note:1. The master suite (king bed) is actually the guest room that shares a bathroom with the bunks and guests. The 2 queen room is actually the master with en-suite. Switched due to size to allow for more beds/sleeping is best guess.2. You will need extra towels and wash cloths if you don’t want to do laundry everyday. Enough for 1 per guest.*We brought a tension shower curtain rod and dark curtain to give privacy to the bunks. Worked great!!Unit was tidy and decently stocked. Loved the full size washer and dryer. Could use a good deep clean and dusting. Was comfortable and big enough for our trip with 6 people. Easy check in and communication with rental agency. LOVE the easy access of 1st floor! Great view!

Outside of the cleanliness upon arrival and cockroaches, our stay was excellent. Loved the location and the view. I am not one to give a bad review however the unit was NOT clean upon arrival. It was very dusty, the lines in the Master were dingy, and we found dirty clothes ( panties) in the other bedroom under the bed. I saw cockroaches in the kitchen during the evening hours that I hid from my mother. Had she seen them, our trip would have been ruined. Outside of that, the beds were semi comfy, the water pressure was great, and the access to the beautiful PCB beach was perfect. All in all we had an incredible family vacay, but I would not rent this unit again.
