I would like to emphasize how professional, efficient, kind, elegant, courteous, helpful and cheerful staff at reception were. In fact among the best receptionists I encountered at any hotel in Dubai, and how nice it made pur stay. So congratulations to Anjana and Tonia, they are an asset for any good hotel.

The hotel I booked was the new one, but once I got there I was told it’s the older one… which I believe is misleading.
The new one seems clean and is new.
The other one is fairly old and carpets smell.
