Interiors, location and service.
Hot water was not enough for 5 persons. It was just enough for 3.

The apartment is in an excellent location - close to the train station and Santa Catarina shopping street. The apartment itself is newly renovated and very clean. As a bonus the building has an elevator. Would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Very comfortable apartment in a great location. Property manager was terrific - making arrangements easy and providing lots of helpful tips. I would stay here again.

great location and light, but form over function. no storage at all. Not really set up for longer stays, no desk/workspace, super low couch, no microwave, poor lighting, and a wonky shower-easy to scald since almost no cold water from shower tap. Great for a short stay living out of a suitcase and being out and about most of the time.
