The location of this apartment was definitely its biggest advantage. It is situated in an excellent area, and we were able to walk almost everywhere in Nice, which made exploring the city very convenient and enjoyable.
However, the apartment itself did not fully meet our expectations. The photos were a bit misleading, as the property appeared to be in better condition online than it was in reality. We also felt that the cleanliness could have been improved, as some areas seemed to have been overlooked.

Great location, very comfortable beds, separate part of apartment with bad
We got just 2 towels for 4 persons, I guess by mistake

Great location! Tons of extra room in laundry room and shower room. Friendly and clear communication.
Furnishing and linens dated and stained.
