L'appartement est très bien situé à une quinzaine de minutes à pieds de la vieille ville. Commerces nécessaires à proximité. L'appartement est spacieux et lumineux avec tout le confort et tous les équipements nécessaires. La terrasse est très grande, avec une partie couverte ce qui est très appréciable quand il y a du soleil. Le parking souterrain est un plus.

Il manque cependant de la climatisation, surtout avec les étés caniculaires. D'autant qu'il fait très chaud dans la chambre double (nous ne l'avons pas utilisée, nous avons utilisé le clic-clac du salon). Des ventilateurs ont été rajoutés mais ils étaient tout poussiéreux. Heureusement que nous avions apporté un ventilateur. Les lits simples grincent un peu.

L’appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, bien situé. Un beau balcon. Au calme. Le garage privé est vraiment un plus.

L’entretien pour certains éléments ne sont pas au top. Le balcon n’est pas du tout entretenu (dalles et verres des parapets bu balcon où l’on voit des inscriptions. C’est bien dommage. Il manque d’un peu de « rafistolage » pour la table extérieure et les chaises inférieures. Un autre point un peu gênant : la conciergerie n’est pas accessible 24h/24

Le salon est grand mais il manque des canapés Confortable .

Small supermarket at the bottom of the street. Brilliant bakery and patissierie across the road. Pizza restaurant around the corner but we didn't have time to try it. Views of the mountains with snow capped peak from the main balcony. Very picturesque. Lift Quiet location. Washing machine and outside clothes airer.

Apartment was a good 10 - 15 minute walk to the town centre. Weeds on the right hand sided patio with only weeds in flower pots. This created a general air of neglect and was unpleasant to look at when sitting in the lounge. Poor housekeeping. Cobwebs above the curtains in our bedroom and large cobwebs on the curtains in the living room. The curtains need a good hoover. Dust all around the wooden storage unit in the dining area. Very uncomfortable sofa bed. Very uncomfortable single beds. Both beds had wood on one side and at the bottom of the bed. My husband is 6ft and kept banging his feet on the wood. Only one pillow each. No waste bin in the small shower room. Dust all along the skirting board in the WC and washing machine room.
