Pictures don't do it justice. It was clean, stylish and the beds and bedding all top notch. The outdoor fireplace was a highlight for us. We had drinks out by the fire every night. A quick 3 min walk to the beach or to town. Breakfast was simple and delicious. I mean, we can't say enough great things about this place.
The cleaning products are very strong. We had to air out the room. That being said I'm sensitive to smells and cleaning supplies and it was very clean so I'll take that over anything else. They advertise a cold plunge and there isn't one. That being said neither of these points had a negative impact on our stay.

Aesthetic, location (proximity to beach and town), rooftop, outdoor fireplace, gelato shop onsite, comfortable bed
Restaurant/bar no longer on site, staff wearing plain clothes (no way to distinguish staff from guests), soaker tub and shower were combined (would expect separate for the price point and “spa” feel), walls are extremely thin (could hear other guests talking, snoring, coughing and sneezing)

Breakfast was fine but plain.
The bed was so soft and lumpy that I couldn’t sleep half the night because I couldn’t get comfortable. There was no sofa etc to sit or lie on. We paid over $700 with taxes, and felt that was way too much for what we got. The smell of cleaner or spray in the room was overwhelming and stayed the whole night. The only place to watch tv was on the bed, too soft, and the ac was blowing right in our eyes.
