The overall experience was very good. Food options in the area are excellent. The 30 steps to the apartment was a little surprising, The bed could have been firmer.

The apartment was perfect for our weekend getaway!! It was very clean ahd comfortable and within walking distance of the waterfront and a variety of restaurants and shops. Even though it was right in the middle of town, it was quiet and felt private. Great communication with an amazing hostess and easy check-in/check-out! Would definitely stay again!

We had a nice stay at this quaint apartment. The location was fantastic and the free off street parking was a huge bonus. Would stay here again

I did not receive check-in information until I called the manager at 4 pm on the day of check-in. She did say that she thought she had sent them, but in checking back , she noticed they had not been delivered . The manager noted , “don’t mind the stairs, we are renovating.” The stairs were steep and dirty/unswept. The whole entry way and staircase was unappealing and challenging to climb and descend. The railings were difficult to grip because they were attached too close to the wall. The listing shows pictures of a cool, popular cafe downstairs from the rental unit. We had planned on eating there, as we knew we wouldn’t have much time before we left in the morning to go elsewhere. When we arrived, it was an empty storefront front with brown paper covered windows. In fairness, the unit was definitely clean & appropriately appointed. The parking was ample and the location was very convenient. I believe the owner intended on communicating promptly. But we decided not to stay the night because we were still turned off by the hallway/stairs experience. We returned home instead since it was under 2 hrs away.
