The timeless appeal of Cala San Vicente keeps us constantly searching for high-quality properties, but the best homes here are seldom available for rent since their Spanish owners often reserve them for personal weekend getaways. That's why we're excited to present Villa Raconet, located on the outskirts of the resort in a residential area, just a short walk from restaurants and the sandy beach.

Inside, the villa boasts contemporary and comfortable interiors, featuring spacious bedrooms and stylish hotel-like en-suites. Character shines through with exposed stonework and beamed ceilings, which are often missing in holiday rentals. The walled pool terrace offers a beautifully sheltered space, perfect for early or late-season relaxation. Meanwhile, the upper terrace provides stunning mountain views—ideal for enjoying a drink while you plan your next adventure.

Layout
The ground floor features a dining and living room with doors that open to the pool and terrace. The adjoining kitchen, equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher, also provides direct access to the pool and terrace. Entertainment options include a satellite TV (with limited English-speaking channels), a CD player, and a DVD player. There is a twin bedroom on this floor with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. On the first floor, the master double bedroom includes a dressing area, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and corner bath, and access to a spacious balcony. A second twin bedroom on this level has its own en-suite shower room.
