First: what we didnt like;We didn't realize that there wasn't a dishwasher. I wound up buying a dish pan and some bleach so my wife could wash the few dishes that we were going to use and sterilize them. We used our own silverware. paper plates and bowls. Also, there were no hangers in the closet, so we bought some and left them there (along with the dish pan and bleach) for the next guests. Cushions on outdoor chairs need replacing (they wete flat). TV volume wasn't very loud in the livingroom. Bedroom could use some shears or blinds on the windows underneath the blackout curtains. Microwave was new, but worked different than what we're used to.We loved the location. Decor was cute. Bed was comfy, updates were good, and towels were high quality. We wanted a quiet vacation and that's what we got.

Clean room. Help with tv/cable was answered quickly, by maintenance. Friendly, helpful housekeeping. Great pool. Beautiful beaches. Unit was a bit small, but we managed. Would go again!

We love the views and proximity of the beach. There is nothing like listening to the waves crash during our stay, and watching the sunrise from our balcony. Beacher's Lodge has a huge pool to lounge around as well. What a quiet area to relax , yet close enough to all the excitement at St. Augustine.
