Livensa Studios Madrid Príncipe Pío

It is a very practical place to stay , good location , very convenient place near to metro and mall . It is similar to a university dormitory , It is a decent and really good option for a place to stay if you are just wanting a good and safe place to sleep , and being out exploring the city the rest of the day. We wanted to book on the way back after our first stay however it was fully booked and I can see why . Breakfast was overall good . This is not the place to stay if you are looking for a luxurious experience, summary is it is safe , clean and practical .

The toilet paper quality was not good . Breakfast options limited

The breakfast is very basic. No value for money. a buffet would be ideal

No boiling kettle/utensils in the rooms

Location with a near by metro!

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by several issues with the room and its location. We were assigned a room on a floor designed for guests with accessibility needs. While we understand the purpose of these features, some of them were not particularly practical for us. For example, the toilet was unusually high, and the shower area did not have a proper enclosure, which caused water to spread throughout the bathroom every time we showered. Another significant issue was the lack of soft-closing mechanisms on the doors. We could hear almost everything happening in the hallway, including doors and nearby gates opening and closing. The noise was very noticeable and made it difficult to quite sleep at night.
