La localización es de fácil acceso con parquing cercano en pleno centro histórico... Perfecto para llegar y conocer la ciudad... Cerca de todo para moverte a pie... Ideal!

This is where to stay if you want to beat all the crowds every day. Very traditional, authentic, Napoli accomodation on the doorstep of the historical streets. You literally walk down the stairs and you are onto the ancient streets of Napoli with everything it has to offer. Yes it is cobblestone streets, scooters flying by, local shop owners sharing stories and visitors walking by. It is a taste of the energy and vibrant nature of this city from the moment you leave the door. As you head further into the middle of the city you are completely immersed. This apartment is located within an old building where the central courtyard is the meeting spot for people to catch up, you chat to neighbours as they hang their washing out or eavesdrop on conversations that echo on its walls - you can feel part of a small private community. It is not a hotel, it it is not a high end luxury rental but that is what makes it unique - it has what you need - bed, WiFi, shower, toilet, small kitchen, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and towels so that you can enjoy the best Napoli has to offer. You can walk to this apartment from the main bus or train station, there is a mini market literally downstairs, coffee shop, pastry shop and more.

Being a traditional Napoli apartment there is a single natural light source which is the tall front door, so natural light can be limited but you can open both doors and slide the curtains out of the way - I am sensitive to needing lots of natural light, but you may not be. There are two separate apartments on this listing so just check with Mario which one you are getting so you know what to expect. It doesn't have a lift and there are three small flights of stairs to walk up which may bother some people but you can easily do separate trips with luggage to accomodate.

D'abord l'emplacement, en plein chœur de la vieille ville. On peut pratiquement tout faire à pied. L'immeuble est situé dans une rue très commerçante avec beaucoup de petits restaurants bon marché. L'appartement était très propre et le lit plutôt confortable. Il me semble que c'était d'un bon rapport qualité prix D'autre part, le propriétaire, Mario est quelqu'un de très gentil, toujours prêt à rendre service et à vous faciliter la vie. Le manque de luminosité dans l'appartement. Mais c'est la vieille ville et beaucoup d'immeubles sont ainsi fait qu'il y a des pièces sans fenêtre. Il y a deux appartements contiguë, celui qui a des lits superposés est aussi celui qui a une vraie cuisine. Ne pas hésiter à choisir plutôt celui-là.

Au coeur de la vie napolitaine, la via tribunali est LA rue pour s'imprégner de Naples. En contact direct avec les habitants, les scooters, les petits marchands, un pur bonheur. L'appartement familial (le vert) a tout ce qu'il faut, la chambre est spacieuse, les lits confortables, la salle de bain suffisamment grande, les plafonds sont hauts, donc ça donne du volume même si l'appartement est petit. C'est très calme, on dort très bien. L'entrée passe par un petit balcon, parfait pour prendre le café le matin et entendre la vie napolitaine s'éveiller La gare est à 15 minutes à pied, la spaccanopoli est parallèle, on peut la rejoindre par les ruelles adjacentes.. tout le centre historique est magnifique et authentique. Mario est attentif et disponible.

L'absence de fenêtre, l'annonce ne précise pas que la chambre, la cuisine et la sdb n'ont pas de fenêtre. La seule source de lumière est la grande porte fenêtre par laquelle on entre. Les 3 pièces donnent sur cette entrée. C'est un peu déroutant au départ mais si vous n'avez pas l'intention de farnienter dans l'appartement ni de trop cuisiner, ça ne pose pas trop de difficulté.
