Superior Pyramids View

Everything as proposed 100%.

Bit misunderstanding about the room, but nothing major.

Clean, tidy and comfortable.. Except that my room hadn't windows but still well ventilated, very good for the price especially with the discount of BOOKING.. Location is very good on the main street

My (economic room) hadn't windows and inspite that it was in the first floor it wasn't comfortable for me to use the stairs because of my health and age

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel The location is great and the view is absolutely beautiful and the food was really delicious But honestly the best thing about this hotel is the people who work there Everyone was extremely friendly kind and welcoming and they always had a smile on their face and treated me very well I think this is one of the biggest strengths of this hotel and something that really makes it stand out from many other hotels Special thanks to Saif who wears glasses He is honestly such a respectful kind and helpful person and the way he treats guests is amazing People like him really make you feel comfortable and welcome and they make the whole experience much better

The only thing I would mention is the WiFi This is not really a complaint but more of a suggestion for improvement because the WiFi was quite weak sometimes and it also made it difficult to use things like YouTube on the TV I really hope they can improve this point because honestly if the WiFi gets better then everything would be perfect Overall I had a really beautiful stay and I truly appreciated the kindness and hospitality of everyone working there and I would definitely be happy to stay here again

The location. It's good 👍

AC was not working properly.
