Hampton Inn By Hilton St Louis Airport

Great location! Loved that we could see planes landing and taking off from our room! The room itself was very nice and spacious, neat bathroom with light up mirror and nice walk in shower. The staff were all very friendly, we worked with Lamont and Angel during our stay.

Nothing, everything was great.

Ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful. I liked that I received a text asking how things were after check in. The room was comfortable and clean.

Pillows were not comfortable at all. No one serviced the room while we were there. Paying for parking is just ridiculous and I wasn’t expecting to do so. It’s an unacceptable added cost when the rooms aren’t cheap.

I liked everything. I especially appreciated Angel. She was extremely helpful with all aspects of our stay. She was very engaging and pleasant which was greatly appreciated following a long trip from California to attend a family funeral. Thank you!

Location. Buffet was good.

Our room had a bad smell and something on the wall that looked like blood. A homeless man came in and asked them where the bathroom was, then he went and got food off the buffet. Don't mind him eating but he was dirty - pretty sure there were a lot of germs on his hands and he was using all the self-serve spoons that everyone after that had to use. After that he went into the elevator and up to the customer floors. The front desk person was watching this and didn't say anything to him. Felt it was unsafe for him to be on the floor with hotel patrons.
