0/10. Do NOT book with this host. I originally booked one property, then they contacted me saying it wasn’t available because it had a roach infestation. They moved me to another property, and somehow it was just as bad—more roaches, a dirty pool, and an overall filthy property. I reached out asking for accommodations and was completely ignored. I had to contact Booking.com three separate times, and even they couldn’t get the host to respond. Then someone finally called me, apologized, and promised me a full refund if I agreed to certain terms. That refund never happened. As a business owner myself, I understand that things can go wrong. What I don’t understand is lying to customers, ignoring them, and making promises you never intended to keep. I’ll be posting photos of both properties so people can see exactly what they’re paying for. Save yourself the headache, save your money, and book literally anywhere else.
