We stayed for 9 days and it was very cozy, the apartment is much bigger than it looks on the pictures, the balcony is amazing, and the place is also well equipped! It was very well cleaned when we arrived which was nice. The parking box was also very nice. The landlord showed up in person to welcome us and was extremely nice and helpful. All 4 of us feel like this place deserves a much better rating! Can’t recommend it enough.

La localisation, la tranquilité, et l'appartement bien équipé et assez spacieux pour notre famille de 4.

RAS

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment — definitely one of the best options within our budget. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the bidet, which is quite rare in Europe, as well as the nice tea and coffee collection provided by the host. We also loved the comfortable sofa and the balcony on the 7th floor with a beautiful city view. The host was extremely kind and helpful. Even though we arrived late in Lille around 9:30 PM, the host was there on time to hand over the keys and explain everything, including parking access and the apartment facilities. Highly recommended!
