Central.

While the apartment was spacious, due to the repeated hassles with getting what was promised by the host and the confusing entry instructions, it was more trouble staying here than it was worth. There were no available instructions for WiFi and we spent almost an hour with a barely patient host figuring it out. The a/c in the bedroom was not adjustable and was very cold. The apartment furnished 1-1/2 small (French size) rolls of toilet paper for 3 nights and an inch of handsoap in kitchen and an inch of handsoap in bathroom. I had verified before we arrived that linens, towels, TP, and soap (not shower soap) were included and she replied yes. After much cajoling, she finally agreed to drop off two rolls of TP (but no soap). Geesh!
