Hotel Mandarin

Location was quite good for me as it was close to where I was attending training so I did not struggle with getting to the venue, The hotel is also quiet, so easy to work and provides good rest in the evening. The staff are also quite helpful, they agreed to give me a late check out as my flight was late in the evening that was very kind of them. Location is near walking distance to a minimart where you can buy essentials or stuff like Yoghurt, milk etc.

The breakfast is limited same thing everyday and they don't have it ready. You need to wait for the staff to arrive in the morning for them to prepare the breakfast so if you have an early morning be ready to skip the breakfast. It was Eggs, Fruit ( mainly apple) a vienna sausage and toast. They forgot to clean my room on one of the days. This is more of an BNB than hotel so manage expectations. The restaurant does not even function. Easier to order, bring your take-away or walk across to have a meal.

Breakfast was good, and so was the location, thanks. My room was very nice and beautiful. I had a whole new experience in there. I just love it. Thank you for hosting me I will recommend more people.

Actually, I arrived there, and I was surprised by the beauty of the hotel; it is better than what I saw online. So what I did not like was minimal. Thank you

The hotel staff members hospitality far exceeded my expectations. They were polite and assisted with easy questions and suggestions. The hotel provides your basic needs for stay at an affordable rate. I suggest to travelers coming from the US to manage your expectations and just enjoy the experience. Our room had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths which is exactly what we needed. We did not use the kitchen to cook but we used the fridge for our beverages. Larry and the ladies (all of them) were fantastic.

If you need to use an iron, bring a travel one. The hotel only has one and it is shared. So plan when you will use it and you need to return it right away. There are no blankets, for those that like to snuggle under covers. Don't ask. If you are cold natured at night, pack one. Pack washcloths (is you use them). Go easy and be patient with the wifi. The pool view from the balcony is cool but during our stay, there were so many bugs in it, it was hard to enjoy. The water was extremely cold. When using an uber to get to and from the hotel, tell the driver you are going to the Jamaican Restaurant across the street as the smaller hotels are not known. Memorize the name of the restaurant. Use it as your focus point. Breakfast is NOT included with the family room, though one day we were served.

The rug in the room was filthy? There was no bath mat only a piece of rug which doesn't work on a week feet

The staff did the best with what got to work with Well I like the staff they were super 👌 nice. I couldn't ask for a nicer and helpful employee . I love ❤️ them all
