Literally a few meters from Duval Street - the centre of activity in Key West - the hotel was ideally situated. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was excellent too, just be aware that there are a couple of flights of stairs to access it, so wouldn’t suit the infirm.
Would happily stay there again.

Hamza and Jen at the front desk were very knowledgeable, efficient and so friendly! The room was clean and there was a system as most hotels have for room service to clean. Temperature was good with AC and ceiling fans to cool the room. We were able to rent a golf cart directly through the hotel, which was so convenient for us! The pool was perfect, which we enjoyed after a day in the heat of the Keys! Overall, I appreciate the location, size and staff at Douglas House! My husband and I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others for a quieter stay.
