Our family really enjoyed our trip to Orange Beach. We have 2 kids, 12 and 13, so the 2 separate beds in the 2nd bedroom and the 2nd bathroom were the reasons we chose this unit. We also chose Phoenix III because it is directly on the beach - no road to cross. The views from the balcony were stunning. Check in was easy but we had to wait in a line to get the parking pass even though I bought it online prior to arrival. My biggest complaint was that people were smoking on their balconies every night when we were sitting out on the balcony. I wish there was some way to enforce this rule of no smoking.We enjoyed the beach and the outdoor pools. You can use any of the Phoenix pools. We brought our own chairs and beach blankets but you could rent an umbrella and chairs for 50 a day. The local souvenir shop or DG have umbrellas for 10. We bought a couple body boards from the local store also - this was a good buy since the waves were pretty good. We left one there for others to enjoy. The surrounding area can get crowded and traffic can be busy at times -about 20 mins to get to the wharf area and about that to get to Lulus. We enjoyed Zekes for dinner and sunliner dinner for burgers. Moe’s BBQ was good also. Walmart and Publix’s close by to get groceries. Get them delivered - easier for sure. I read reviews about the place being a little dated - it could use a deep cleaning and some updates but it is a very nice condo and we would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!

This property was in the perfect location. Right on the beach, access to all Phoenix buildings (I-IV), pickleball court, friendly staff and patrons. Perfect sized condo with everything you need.

Very satisfied. Would recommend. The only thing i did not like was the security personnel felt like all they did was look rules to enforce. For example never thought there would be a curfew for the outdoor sport facilities (pickle ball courts and basketball court) but i guess i understand it for the people who actually live full time there. Other then that my whole family loved it there. Beach was one of the best ive ever been to. Everyone is rly polite and friendly which is what you should expect for a deep red state loved it. Will definitely be back soon.

There were big chunks out of the wall by the sliding doors. The refrigerator had a water leak that dripped on our food in the bottom part of the refrigerator.The patio was sticky and very dirty, and the matt that you step on going in and out of the condo was just as nasty. We had to were shoes/flip flops there entire time we were there. It was not a pleasant stay.It would be a better experience if there was more than 1 trash bag.
