The location is great for OFW like me. Its walking distance to Mall of Asia and government offices. Very safe area lots of security around it. The flat owner is very nice and accomodating, nice view of manila Bay from its balcony. Highly recommended.

Location
The bed is quite noisy whenever you move, which made it a little difficult to sleep comfortably.
