**Review:** I recently stayed with my friends at Puerto Silanguin Beach Camping Resort located in Zambales. While the property itself was beautiful, our experience was significantly marred by the poor customer service we received specially from the owner itself. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we are an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. Despite having a reservation, the check-in process was unorganized and took far longer than necessary. But what even more frustrating was their lack of follow-through. We reported an issue about the on and off electricity, which also make the wifi unstable. There's no network in the Island that's why we rely so much on their wifi. but it was ignored despite multiple requests for assistance. Also, the price of food is so Insane! For a single order of a meal 2 pcs meat with sauce and 1 rice will already cost 600 pesos. And a block of ice cost 25 pesos. The only you have is to buy from them or pay the corkage fee if you decided to buy or bring your from outside the resort premise. What truly disappointed me was the lack of empathy and professionalism of the owner of the resort. At a resort, one expects to feel welcomed and cared for, but our interactions with the owner left me feeling the exact opposite. This experience has discouraged me from recommending this resort to others or considering another stay. The resort is way too far and different now from the postings in social media a year to few months ago. Its definitely a Nightmare! I hope that the management of Puerto Silanguin Beach Camping Resort takes customer feedback seriously and improves their service standards for future guests. By the way, kudos to the accomodating and very responsive staff of this resort when asked basic questions about amenities or services.

wonderful vacation! the Resort is so calm, relaxing and beautiful! the tent is very comfortabe, restaurant serves really delicious meals. little dificult to get there (1 hour boat ride) but it was totaly worth it! the staff is so nice and helpfull. came there as guests and left as friends
