Motho Homestay is located a bit off the beaten track, but that is part of its charm. Our separate cottage had its own verandah and full washroom with shower. It's a bit rustic but still very comfortable. The views from the restaurant balcony are lovely.

Getting to and from our cottage was a bit tricky as it was down a steep path, and there was no easy way to move luggage up and down. Travelling light when going to Motho Homestay might be a good idea! Our meals were good, but sometimes took a surprisingly long time to arrive - more like what you would expect at a North American restaurant. SO give yourself some time. Finally, the road to Motho Homestay is in a bit of disrepair so if you are self-driving, try to do it in the daylight - at least the first time!

Large room for up to four people. Facilities are clean. Staff is very welcoming and offer excellent food options
