Everything exceeded expectations. The level of thought that had gone into the presentation and facilities was above and beyond. The food and snacks and breakfast were far above and beyond anything I've had before! It was easily walkable to supermarket and bus connections, easy to find, and the bird song and peace made us feel like we were somewhere rural. Superb view from the balcony, superb support from the hosts (leaving lights on, extra coffee).
There was nothing to be improved. All excellent.

Excellent.
Suggest remove shelves left of fridge and replace with a bench as it would make it easier and less messy preparing breakfast. Otherwise all great.

Lovely spacious room with comfortable bed, nice breakfast items and snacks to choose from. Friendly and helpful owners who were keen to ensure we had a great stay.

Facilities were excellent. Breakfast had a huge range of options available in the room including toast bread, yogurt and a range of cereals, loads of snacks, a coffee machine and more. We have never stayed in a place that provides so many extras. It made the stay very enjoyable. Lovely views across to Auckland City, the Sky Tower and the Harbour Bridge.
Nothing. It was the best!
