There were plenty of rooms for everyone and lots of space. We ended up 20 people of all ages and had plenty of room. The kids and the adults enjoyed the game room upstairs. Just know that the kitchen is not set up for a lot of cooking. We brought prepared meals, but I know there are catering options. Thankfully there is plenty of refrigerator space.

Amazing place, and absolutely perfect for our adults-only family weekend! The game room definitely set this venue apart from any others we had looked at prior to booking, and it was enjoyed by all throughout the weekend! Jennifer was a fabulous host - communicative and so thoughtful! She had fresh coffee and popcorn ready when we arrived and stocked lots of snacks for us to enjoy during our stay. Everyone loved the sound machines in the bedrooms and commented on how comfy the beds were. We will definitely be back again!!

It was a lovely venue and they had popcorn and coffee and snacks for us which was an added bonus. Steve and Jennifer are wonderful people to work with. We will be using it yearly in the future for our family Christmas's. The beds were so confortable and the pillows a dream. Thanks for having a big fun place to house our family.

What a PERFECT place to stay with extended family! After a wedding reception in St. Johns, three of my brothers and their wives, my neice, her husband and five kids, as well as my nephew, his wife, toddler and newborn wanted to stay nearby vs. driving back to the west side of the state. This place had everything! The teensand elementary aged kids played games, basketball, and watched TV while enjoying popcorn upstairs. The adults gathered in the large dining room with drinks, snacks and stories. There was even a pizza run to the Pizzaria across the street at one point. The bedrooms are dark and quiet - enough so that the 2 year old and newborn were fast asleep while the rest the family made all kinds of noice throughout the house. Beds were comfortable, small white noise machines in each room. The entire house was spotless! Very sweet and thoughtful touches like fresh popcorn in the game room and a hot pot of coffee ready when we arrived Saturday night. I can't recommend the Ovid Hotel enough. We really have no reason to come back to Ovid, but my brothers and I agreed it would be fun to gather the rest of the family for a sleep over and rent the entire building again.
